Our matrix represents a diverse group of lenders and investors including banks (international, national, and regional), private equity or investment firms and other institutions (collectively, “Capital Providers”).

• Traditional reserve based lending facilities (“RBL’s).
   
• Mezzanine debt.
   
• Bridge – Acquisition financing.
   
• Term loans.
   
• Equipment Finance Loans.
   
• Unitranche facilities – with blended mezzanine debt and senior debt structured as a bilateral facility.
   
• Drillco Structures – Drillco set up for a specific land parcel and number of wells. The lender finances a portion of drilling costs in exchange for a working interest earn-out. 

• Production Payment Structure – Pledge of production to lender in exchange for funding. 

• Other ancillary products – Such as hedge and FX facilities and cash management services.

• Reduced hedging requirements based on utilization, asset coverage, advance rates.
   
• More inclusive borrowing base calculation methods.
   
• Limited or no restrictions on distributions.
   
• Less restrictive covenants on acquisitions.
   
• For producers, higher advance rates, will lend against PD, and give value to PUD (not only PDP).
